EU Launches General-Purpose AI Code of Practice

The European Commission initiated the process for the first Code of Practice for general-purpose AI models under the AI Act. Around 1,000 stakeholders participated in an online plenary to discuss transparency, copyright, risk taxonomy, and mitigation measures. The code aims to facilitate compliance with AI Act requirements.
