The assistant uses CheckCom price, source quality, provider profile and TCO data. Suggestions are orientation for procurement, IT, privacy and management – not legal, privacy or procurement approval.
Shortlist, not a single absolute recommendation
CheckCom suggests several candidates worth reviewing: cost-optimised, balanced, EU/enterprise-oriented or with explicit review notes.
Quality before cheapest price
Very low prices are not automatically preferred. Source quality, anomalies, additional costs and procurement fit are included in the ranking.
Individual analysis
For procurement decisions, volumes, data requirements, existing systems and preferred providers can be analysed individually.
Enter AI use case
Important: The shortlist is an initial data-based orientation. Before production use, contract, privacy, security, region, data path and concrete performance requirements must be reviewed.
